Review: THE MEDIUM IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH IF YOU ACTUALLY WORK OUT and I only go to gym every now and then. I was looking for a review where I could compare how strong they are to me so here is mine: I can do the leg press up to 210 pounds. I can’t run a whole mile. I normally do 10 minutes of leg band workouts before I’m exhausted. I hope that’s helpful! But this does seem like a good material and not too too thin. It doesn’t bunch up easily so I’m happy with the band given how cheap it was. I put it around my thighs for size reference!! 💖and please like this review and help a girl out 🥰
