Review: I was very disappointed that it arrived without the chain that makes the piece steam-punk Victorian special. I calmed my seething by thinking that I can improvise- buy a long chain necklace or chain belt to achieve the same look. In the meantime, I tried it with a belt-and-shoulder-strap (black PU leather with mettalic silver chain) and it sort of works; the effect just is different- more punk rock. I still like the elegant mottled fabric. The sleeves, too, can be worn straight or drawn up (with strings). It wears well with the pants. It’d be too short for my age to wear as the dress that it is.
