Review: I love this dress!! I took a photo of it with the elastic all the way down & with the elastic just above the knees. I have also shown how loose the elastic is around the top of the bust & how tight I need it to be. This is a no return item, so I will need to fix that myself. But this dress is Gorgeous! Love the material! Everything!
