Review: It's not as flattering as I expected, but it's still nice. Material is 100% polyester lining with good heaviness (will stay down when it's lightly windy). The waistband feels like it will easily become loose if overly stretch. Overall, the color is pretty. Need to pair with good fitted tee or blouse for cute overall look. 😃
