Review: I normally wear L or XL for baggy fit, and luckily, I saw some reviews to suggest downsize. i end up order M and fit perfectly and still have plenty of room on the waist. top is like sweater material. You have to wear a layer in there as fabric can be scratchy to skin if you only wear bra inside.
