Review: I bought this for a very cheap Belle costume, love the skirt, super comfortable and even better that they have shorts, I was a bit skeptical because my friend had bought similar ones on here too showing shorts under but when she received hers there weren’t any. But I can confirm that there are shorts under the skirt! And the material is super comfy, kinda like stretchy yoga/work out pants! I usually wear XL but since I wanted to make sure it fit and I was comfy in it I went a size up!
