Review: Fits perfectly around the hip, legs, and stomach, a bit long on the legs for me but I'm only 5 ft 3 in, good quality, love the skulls. It's not stretchy and if you would like them to sit lower on the hip go a size up. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
