Review: OH I love this white skirt with the black design on it. It is well made with good fabric and it sewn well. And it comes in black with a white design, as well. It is long on me so I will hem it up. That is easily done. I would prefer it to be longer than too short. I also got a black top to wear with this skirt from my Shein.
