Review: THIS IS DRESS IS HIGH QUALITY FOR SHEIN THE FABRIC IS HEAVY AND THICK. THE SHELLS ARE PLACED BEAUITIFULLY. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WITH THIS DRESS IS THE UNDERSKIRT IS VERY VERY SHORT! You would be watching if your butt is out everytime you sit and stand. I'm very short i can't imagine a taller person wearing it. I wore it to dinner in Bali so it was perfect, there wasn't much moving.
