Review: Beautiful Nightgown. 100% Cotton. Looks Exactly like the picture. I ordered a 20X because I wanted my nightgown to be big, roomy, flowy and down my ankles. Which it is. I sewed up the gaps on the sides myself with my sewing machine to make it fit better on top. For me, ordering the biggest size with adjustment made it the perfect comfortable nightgown. Perfect for summer
