Review: Stunning halter neck dress! I'm absolutely in love with this dress! The halter neck design is flattering and comfortable, and the fabric is soft and flowy. The dress is perfect when you don't want something tight and is very short. I received so many compliments when I wore it! The only thing to note is that the dress runs a bit small, so I'd recommend sizing up if you have bigger breast.
