Review: i love this skirt! it is low rise, comes with shorts underneath, a zip on the side and the length is a true mini skirt. however, i prefer a low rise look and wanted to be a bit shorter (i’m 5’2” for reference) i folded a little bit of the top part inside and paired with a belt. it does fit a bit loose on the waist (my true waist is 25 in, for low rise, my lower waist is 27 in). The skirt material is not thin at all, not see through, and has the cargo pants material. My measurements are accurate.
