Review: Beautiful dress, love it so much. But huhuuuu... I could no longer shop at shein!! 😭😭😭 My account's been frozen by shein, due to making too many returns. I've tried creating new accounts but to no avail, they froze that too. I could still drop this review, I don't know if it will ever be published. But I thought it's the only chance I could speak out. It's so unfair that I've been banned for making too many returns!! Should it be part of our consumers' rights to return unsatisfactory items?? Looks like it's not as 'no questions asked' as we think. This serves to warn everyone to be careful in returning items, shein is no longer fair like it used to be. Returns should be allowed as many times as we want especially when we don't even know what the actual would look like!! Now I'm just so upset I can no longer shop at shein despite YEARS of purchase history!! I should be allowed to come back!! I'm here airing my thoughts n rants so it goes out there!! This freeze is just so unfair!!
