Review: I’m not a size XL. I bought this for the bottom ruffle. I’m tall and prefer full length to the ground. Bought another dress in this fabric that I love, and I’m going to sew this ruffle to the other dress. It works out to be more expensive buying two dresses, but at least I created something I’ll feel confident in wearing.
