Review: If you’re stuck in your eating disorder, know that things can get better—but you have to really want it. Think about how long you’ve been stuck in this cycle, how much effort, pain, and missed experiences you’ve gone through. And yet, all that time and struggle probably hasn’t gotten you the body or life you imagined. For example, if you’ve been yo-yo dieting or starving for five years, that’s a long time—and chances are, you’re still in the same place you started. So why keep going like this? Why keep suffering when it hasn’t worked? What if, instead, you spent the next couple of years eating normal, balanced meals, learning to trust your hunger, setting a routine, and getting support? You can still become slim that way—probably much faster than what you’ve been doing. Start healing.
