THANK YOU! - Color: not very pigmented or maybe I bought the nonpigmented one lol - Tip: thin, easy to use for sharp eyeliners but can be tricker to draw lower eyelashes - Waterproof: yes, just let it dry down and set in for a few minutes - Oil-proof: not really, can smudge if you have oily eyelids, best use when you've already set your eyes with setting powder - Overall quality: fine, but might not repurchase
