Review: I previously got 1XL and they were slightly to baggy so I decided to get a 0XL and now they slightly to tight, so it actually depends on the fit you like. I probably have to lose a centimetre or two to feel more comfortable in the 0XL size, so at the moment I feel more comfy in the 1XL.
