It has fitted liner, so even if you have tiny waist for your hips, take your regular size so you can fit into the linning. The material has a little of sparkle not sheen, similar to sparkly organza, something i am not a big fan of
However, the cut is amazing, not your ordinary gathered skirt, which make up for the sparkles.
