Pode comprar sem medo que é maravilhoso, bom pra treinar perna, dá uma boa estabilidade e para cardio também dá, mas recomendo usar meia alta para cardio pois acho que machucaria sem. Uso 35 no Brasil e comprei o tamanho 5UK, ele até serviu, porem o 4.5UK ficaria no tamanho certo do meu pé. O 5UK serve 36 perfeitamente!
