Review: I had a very disappointing experience with SHEIN. I ordered a dress that didn’t fit, so I returned it in the same condition I received it. However, my refund was refused, with the claim that the item was defective or used. This is extremely frustrating because I did not damage or use the dress in any way. It seems very possible that the item had already been worn or returned by a previous customer, yet I am being held responsible for it. I followed the return process correctly, and instead of receiving fair treatment, I was denied a refund without proper justification. This experience has seriously affected my trust in this company. I would not recommend purchasing from SHEIN if you expect a reliable return and refund process. This feels unfair and misleading as a customer, and I expected better accountability.
