I thought it will be a hard plastic mesh, but it's soft, but not to soft, it will keep it's form when making my handbags, there was no cracks in the mesh when received, and packaged neat. Sizes is exactly as the picture's. My order took less than 2 weeks to be delivered to South-Africa.
