Review: this is good and the color is unisex so my husband can use it too. at first i hought its not that heavy and thinking of buying the 3kgs next time until i try it on and start doing some exercises with them on and feel the weight and regret thinking about the 3kg lol this is also versatile you can use it on your wrist too if you're that strong hehe
