Review: I love this. I use it for my skin and also as a distress tolerance skill (TIPP) Putting ice on your skin triggers your Mammalian Diving Reflex and causes our body chemistry to change. Your heart rate drops down, and the Parasympathetic Nervous System is activated, and it results in a relaxation response. I also use it for treating my hot flashes, and helping myself cool down when I am feeling too hot. I recommend this product. I like the cute little heart on top of the lid.
