Review: if you are stuck in your e*ting disorder know it gets better. You have to want it. Consider how long and how much effort and struggling and suffering and missing out youve invested so far into it. Consider how all these things + the time elapsed arent actually equalling up to your dream body and life. For example, lets say youve been on and off starving and struggling for 5 years. Youve had FIVE years to get your ducks in order, and ill bet anything youve barely budged from where you started. So why continue. Why suffer AND look the same almost the entire time due to yoyoing. Why not just accept that starving doesnt work. spend the next couple of years simply eating better with normal portions , focus on fixing the disordered patterns and focusing on intuitive eating and set times and safe meals and therapy. You can get thin that way btw. Obv alot quicker than so far. HEAL
