Review: I like that these are inflatable so it’s easy to pack for a trip/flight. To inflate, make sure that the white plug is closed. Keep the black plug open then press the black circle until it is inflated. It only takes less than a minute. Then plug the black plug. Put it around your neck and use the snap button to secure the sides together. There are two snap buttons so you can adjust it tighter or looser depending on your neck size. The material of the pillow is kind of like suede. To deflate the pillow, open both plugs and use your hands to push out the air. Then fold up and store it away.
