Review: With my height and weight. My feet kept sliding forward on all my heels causing discomfort the longer I wore them. Once I received my anti foot cushions finding the right placement for it on my heels and then trying it on was easy. Being able to take it off and placing it another place did not where out the adhesive on the back of it. It took a minute to get used to having it on my heels however it did help with preventing my feet from sliding.
