Review: I did not make the gargland/arch… I simply did not have time or the patience to attempt it. Still, the balloons are SO COOL! Beautiful colors! Maybe not as shiny as I thought but they were the perfect decoration for my Taylor Swift party :) Also, the quality is excellent. Only 1 balloon popped for no reason, the rest stayed in shape for days.
