Review: I placed a pair of this arch bump on every shoes. This arch support helps to easy foot tiredness and relieve sore heels. It prevent our ankles from collapsing/pronating. Normal arch insole makes the shoes uncomfortably tight but this small arch bumps do not alter the size of our shoes. I always add more double tape before sticking to the base of shoes.
