Review: This potato cutter works great! I used it to make fries with my partner the other night. The blade is sharp enough to cut through potatoes easily, but not sharp enough to cut skin unless you’re actively trying to do so. This was a relief, because I am slow at cutting vegetables because I’m always afraid of cutting myself. The crinkle pattern also helped to keep the blade from slipping while cutting. The blade stayed securely fastened to the handle the whole time. The only defect is that the decorative metal ring between the blade and handle was kind of loose and a little misshapen, but I am fine with that.
