Cash on Delivery (COD) orders support two delivery methods: convenience store pickup and home delivery.

Orders are generally shipped via Black Cat Home Delivery or Yuantong Store Delivery, and arrive at the home delivery address or store address in about 5-10 business days (including 1-3 business days for order processing). For details, please refer to Shipping Info . Bad weather, holidays, or customs clearance may cause delivery delays. We will arrange processing as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Home Delivery: The courier will deliver the package to your door and collect the payment on your behalf. Please have the cash ready in advance and keep your mobile phone available so that the courier can contact you.

Convenience Store Pickup: After the courier delivers the package to the store you selected, 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart will send you a pickup notification SMS. Please check your messages. You can pay with cash or bank card when picking up the package. Please pick up the package within 7 days after it arrives at the store, otherwise the package will be returned.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we currently do not offer an exchange service. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order directly and return the original item. For more information about returns, please refer to our Return Policy .

We will arrange your refund within 7 business days after we receive your returned package. The refund for Cash on Delivery orders will be returned to your SHEIN Wallet, which can be used together with discount coupons, points, etc. on your next purchase. Once the refund has been returned to your SHEIN Wallet, the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts or bank cards.
