All returns to SHEIN must comply with our Fair Use Policy below. This policy is designed to ensure that we can continue to offer free returns to the vast majority of our customers.

For a small number of customers with high return levels, we may apply a return shipping fee of TWD 60 per return. This amount is deducted from the refund and helps cover the costs of handling and processing returns, so that we can continue offering free returns to the majority of our customers. When determining whether this fee applies, we look at return activity compared with typical customer levels, including both the number and value of returns. This ensures that the policy only applies in cases of unusually high return activity.

You will always be informed in advance before this policy applies to you. If the deduction of TWD 60 applies to your future refunds for returns, you will first receive a warning email and be reminded again at checkout and on the returns page. If you do not receive these messages, your returns will continue to be free.

Nothing in this Fair Use Policy affects your statutory rights. In particular, your Right of Withdrawal remains fully protected: you may cancel your order within 15 days of receipt and return items for a full refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details on how to exercise your Right of Withdrawal. In addition, returns remain free of charge if items are faulty or if you receive a product you did not order.
