Who can report? To submit a take down notice, you must be the intellectual property rights holder or an authorised representative acting on their behalf.

What can you report? You can submit take down notices based on valid intellectual property rights, including:

●Registered designs
●Unregistered designs (where applicable)

Important Reporting Limitations
Some notices may not be accepted where specific legal requirements are not met:
●Parallel imports - these types of notices can only be made where the claim is legally valid in the country of report. For example, claims that may be recognised under EU law may not be accepted in other jurisdictions where different laws apply.
●Scope of rights - the intellectual property right being relied on must be in force in the country where the alleged infringement is being reported. For example a trademark registered in the UK cannot be the basis for a takedown in the US.
