Free Trial is a professional trial platform launched by the Trial Center, where users can obtain trial items for free. Members share their trial experiences through trial reports, providing fair and professional descriptions of SHEIN's products, helping other consumers make purchasing decisions and find products that truly suit them.

After successfully applying for a free trial item, the trialist needs to submit a trial report. The trial report is an objective evaluation made by the member after experiencing the product's quality, performance, etc. Trial reports support text, images, and other forms of presentation, full of authentic scene-based feel, providing shopping references for other consumers to find products that truly suit them. We will rate high-quality trial reports as "Quality Reports". Quality Reports can display the "Quality Report" tag in the trial report channel and receive points rewards.

1. Click "Free Trial" to select free items. The status will display as "Under Review" in "My Applications".

2. After all applications are reviewed, winners will be announced on the Free Trial homepage.

3. If you do not win, your item status will display as "Review Failed".

4. If you win, your item status will display as "Approved", and the free trial item will be shipped to the address you provided.

5. After receiving the trial item, you have 10 days to submit a trial report.

6. Please make sure to follow all the rules regarding writing and posting reviews.

7. We will review your report to ensure it meets our standards.

8. If your report does not meet the standards or cannot be uploaded, you can try uploading again.

Based on the remaining chances for the week as prompted by your account, select an item - click Trial - fill in address and size - submit

Order shipped and received - try on/use - take photos - click upload - write authentic experience review - submit - wait for report review result - second upload (if first attempt fails)

All non-blacklisted accounts;

Trial application chances per account: 3 times/week

Reports that fail review will not receive points rewards;

Reports that pass review will receive a 20-point reward;

Reports that pass and are rated as "Quality Report" will receive a 100-point reward.

5.1 After a successful trial application, the system will automatically generate a $0 order and ship it shortly. Before applying for a trial, be sure to select the correct size, correct address, and other information; otherwise, all losses will be borne by the user.

5.2 After receiving the trial product, please submit the trial report within 10 days, otherwise your new application opportunities will be restricted. At least 1 actual full-body photo and 2 detail photos are required. If the submitted trial report does not meet the requirements, it may result in being blocked. 5.3 It is strictly prohibited to maliciously apply for trial items using secondary accounts. Users found doing this will have their trial item issuance canceled, their reports directly deleted, and their accounts added to the Trial Center blacklist, permanently losing trial opportunities.

5.4 Users who upload fake images or fake product content reports in trial reports; submit poor quality, factually inaccurate images and text content, or false ratings; steal original images and content from other reports; or include inappropriate information, images, or spread advertisements in report content will have their reports deleted and their accounts added to the Trial Center blacklist, permanently revoking trial privileges.

5.5 If your trial report does not pass review after submission, you will have one more chance to submit the trial report. Please be sure to resubmit the trial report according to the regulations.

Trial item review at the Trial Center is completed by the system. The system review of the trial list will refer to the trialist's activity at the Trial Center. Trial items will be distributed comprehensively based on the member's previous trial report quality, potential purchase needs, member level, etc. At the same time, blacklists, suspected secondary accounts, and members who have successfully applied recently will be filtered out to prevent malicious applications.

An authentic, objective trial process with scene-based feel. Objectively describe the pros and cons of the trial item, neither overly exaggerating praise nor casually disparaging, and offer reasonable suggestions after comparison.

7.2.1 Do not use product images from the merchant's store, and it is strictly forbidden to steal images from other trialists. Try on, wear, and focus on capturing product details after wearing.

7.2.2 Around 4 images, with clear focus and at-a-glance content. Image content should include three parts: ① overall product image, ② product detail image, ③ scene-based trial process.

7.2.3 Image size should be moderate, and the trial report overall should be visually pleasing.

7.2.4 Text: Concise and clear, with authentic trial experience and fair evaluation.

Do not hold back any opinions or suggestions you have after the trial. Authenticity and objectivity are the main principles of the trial report. While praising the trial item, do not forget your valuable suggestions about the product. This is very important both for other consumers and for the merchant to improve the product.
