Gift cards can be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 8, 2021 can no longer be redeemed in countries/regions other than the country of purchase. For example, if you purchased a gift card on the SHEIN US website, it can only be redeemed on the SHEIN US website's PC page, mobile page, Android system, or iOS system.

Gift cards can only be redeemed to purchase SHEIN products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be used to purchase products from third-party sellers. In addition, gift cards cannot be used to purchase SHEIN CLUB memberships.

In accordance with applicable law, we reserve the right to cancel gift cards without refund, suspend or terminate customer user accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or restrict orders, and charge fees in other forms without notice to you. If we suspect that a gift card was obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order in a fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise violation of these gift card terms, we shall have the right to payment.

When you place an order to purchase a gift card, we need to ensure that your payment method is secure and reliable. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you choose.

You can enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the balance due is more than the balance on the gift card, you must choose another payment method to pay the remaining amount.

Please note that only one gift card may be redeemed for any given order, and cannot otherwise be "reused" or combined with other gift cards for the same order.

The balance on your gift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Any gift card purchased from us does not have an expiration date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Please note that any gift cards we issue to you free of charge may have a term, generally from 1 day to 3 months (or possibly longer) from the date of issue.

Once expired, the gift card cannot be redeemed.

If an order was paid for with a gift card and a refund is requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be refunded to the gift card.

Once the gift card purchase is successful, it will be sent to the email address on file (or other alternative methods that SHEIN may identify). If you did not receive the gift card number and PIN, it may be because:

SHEIN will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, or if the gift card is used without your authorization. Title and risk of the gift card transfer to you when the gift card is sold. Please ensure that you take appropriate measures to protect your gift card number and PIN to prevent unauthorized access and use. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your gift card, please contact us immediately through customer service.
