Quality Inspection
Just like an expectant mother goes for prenatal check-ups during pregnancy, we also conduct quality inspections on clothing before they become official products. Mismatched styles and colors, incorrect sizes, substandard workmanship, untidy garments — these issues must be eliminated. Inspectors follow the sewing instructions or process sheets to verify that the appearance and execution of cutting, sewing, and ironing meet the specified quality standards. Don't underestimate this process — finished product inspection has certain requirements for the surrounding environment and equipment used. The proper inspection posture is standing, though sitting on a taller stool is also acceptable. Defective items are scrapped directly.
Re-check the Products
After quality inspection, items are sent to our warehouse, where our staff will give them another general look-over while packing. Of course, no matter how many people check, it's impossible to guarantee 100% no issues — after all, we're human, not machines. So if there are any after-sales issues, we won't shirk responsibility. Just contact our customer service, and we'll see it through to the end.
