SHEIN respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users and sellers to do the same. If you believe that content, products, images or other materials located on or linked to by SHEIN infringe your copyright, trademark, or patent or design rights, please submit a notice through SHEIN's Intellectual Property Notice Portal. Before submitting an intellectual property notice, users must first create and sign in to their own Intellectual Property Notice Portal account. In order to create an account users will need to provide their name, company name, email address, and create a new password. If you are acting as an authorised representative or agent, you are required to provide a Power of Attorney (POA). For SHEIN to process and assess your notice efficiently, your submission should include the following information:

A declaration confirming that you are either the intellectual property rights holder, an employee of the intellectual property rights holder, or an authorised agent acting on behalf of the rights holder.

Identification of intellectual property right allegedly being infringed, including whether the notice relates to copyright, trademark, design rights (registered or unregistered) or patent rights, together with relevant registration details (where applicable) and any supporting documentation evidencing ownership and infringement.

Identification of the allegedly infringing material including information regarding the location of the infringing materials on the Site or App with sufficient detail so that SHEIN can find it. For guidance on how to find locate the correct product number, refer to the ‘How to find an SKU’

A statement by you, confirming that the information, evidence, and allegations provided in the notice are true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and understanding.

SHEIN may request additional information, documentation or verification materials to assess and process a notice, including proof of rights ownership, authorisation documents or evidence supporting the infringement allegation. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the notice being rejected.

Upon receipt of a valid intellectual property notice, SHEIN will review the reported materials and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, platform policies and Terms of Use. This may include removing or disabling access to the reported material or links to it, and notifying the party responsible for the material that it has been removed or disabled.
