Question 1: What types of points are included across sites?
Answer 1: They include but are not limited to points rewarded for placing orders, review rewards, check-in rewards, lucky draws and all other mini-games, survey rewards, and points granted by SHEIN customer service, etc.
Question 2: How can I view my points balance on other sites?
Answer 2: You can visit the points page on other sites and view the points balance. Points are synced on the same site across different devices.
Question 3: If I place an order on Site A and check in on Site B, how are the order and review rewards calculated?
Answer 3: Regardless of which site you confirm the order or post a review on, the order and review rewards are calculated based on the site where you placed the order.

About Earning SHEIN Points
Below are the ways you can earn SHEIN Points.
Sign-up Confirmation
You can verify your email on your profile page to earn 100 points.
Purchase
You'll receive 1 point for every dollar spent on purchases.
Points will be credited to your account after you confirm receipt of the order.
Log in to your SHEIN account.
Click "My Orders"
Select the order you've received, then click "Confirm Receipt".
Review Our Products
You can earn points by posting reviews of items you've purchased. Reviews with photos and size information earn more points. After meeting the minimum requirements for a text product review, you'll receive 5 points.

- If a user is determined by us to (i) have violated applicable national, federal, state, or local laws or international laws or regulations while using our services, and (ii) have unreasonably harmed our interests, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, disable or restrict the review-posting function of the related account of such user without prior notice.
- Even if the above (i) and (ii) do not apply, we may, at our sole discretion, treat a specific user as not eligible to receive points for posting reviews without prior notice to the user before posting.
Please note that the maximum points you can earn from reviews per day is 2000 points.
Participate in Activities
On the SHEIN website, you can earn points through: login check-in, lucky draws, and mini-games.
Scan the QR code to open the app or search and download SHEIN on the App Store and Google Play, and participate in the following activities to earn more points
Daily Check-in
1. Check in continuously, and you'll receive points each day.
2. Continuous check-ins can accumulate up to 7 days, with extra surprises along the way. On the 8th day, the cycle will start over.
Participate in Outfit Contests
At the end of the contest, the top 12 on the leaderboard will receive points rewards.
If your outfit is selected as an Editor's Pick, you'll also receive additional points.
Participate in SHEIN Live
Points will be randomly distributed during the livestream.
Participate in Show Activities
1. Participate in the Show and share photos of your outfits. Each post earns 5 points (up to 10 points per day).
2. If your post is selected as a featured work by SHEIN editors, you'll receive an additional 50-point bonus.
Participate in Daily Points Giveaway Activities
Participate in points-related activities held by SHEIN within the specified period and earn corresponding points rewards based on the activity rules.
About the Usage of SHEIN Points
Each SHEIN site is independent. The balance shown on the points history page is the balance available on the current site.
Every 100 points = $1. You can use points when placing an order, but it can offset up to 30% of the total amount of the items (only the total price of the products, excluding shipping, insurance, and tax). You can also use your points to redeem coupons or game opportunities, etc., during special events. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each event for specific usage rules.
About Viewing SHEIN Points
Please log in to your SHEIN account, then click "SHEIN Points/My Points" in your personal account to view the balance. You can only view the points balance for the current site on the current site.
About the Validity Period of SHEIN Points
SHEIN Points have different expiration dates based on category. The validity period ranges from 7 days to 3 months, and some may even have a longer validity. If your points expire, the expired points will be removed from your account.
About the Daily Limit of SHEIN Points
For each user, this is the maximum amount of points they can receive per day. When users reach the maximum points obtainable per day, they can still participate in events and games, but cannot earn any more points. Click here to learn about the points limits.
1. Each user can earn up to 8000 SHEIN Points per day;
2. Each user can earn up to 2000 SHEIN Points from reviews per day;
3. Each user can earn up to 100 SHEIN Points from check-ins per day;
4. Each user can earn up to 500 SHEIN Points from outfit contests per day;
5. Each user can earn up to 200 SHEIN Points from surveys per day;
About Refunding SHEIN Points
1. If an unpaid order is canceled, the points used for the original order will be returned to your points account immediately.
2. If you request a return, the points will be refunded to your points account upon return. For partial returns, points will be refunded based on the percentage of the product price.
3. If the order cancellation/refund time is outside the validity period of the points, the expired points will not be refunded. Users can check the records in the points details.
4. If a return is made after you confirm receipt, the points from the original order will be refunded to your points account. The points earned from placing the order will be deducted, and will be deducted from the points expiring soonest. If your points account balance is insufficient, points will be deducted until reaching 0.
