1. About SHEIN VIP
1.1 Introduction
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our", "we", "our membership program" or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards program designed to allow our fans to redeem rewards, access events and flash activities, enjoy exclusive member offers, and stay updated on the latest fashion news. By joining our membership program, you can level up and earn rewards for every purchase. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
1.2 Applicability
The Program is accessible on the SHEIN.com official website across different country sites. The Program is registered once per account, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will count toward your membership (including cross-site purchases); however, upgrades and downgrades depend on the rules of the site where you registered.
1.3 Validity
A purchase is required to become a member. Eligible purchases refer to items or gift cards purchased within a specified period through the SHEIN wallet or via the SHEIN website, excluding refunds/rejections/cancellations on your orders and consumption paid for with SHEIN gift cards.
Order amounts may fluctuate slightly due to changes in exchange rates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
1.4 Membership
There is no fee to join SHEIN VIP. SHEIN VIP membership is for individuals only, with one account per person.
This represents your identity, indicating that you have reached the legal age to join our Program and are responsible for your actions as a member, ensuring that the email address and contact information in your account are kept up to date.
SHEIN reserves the right to cancel any membership that violates any of the terms and conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the account being removed from the Program without further notice. Upon termination of membership, all unused coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the membership will be forfeited.
2. About Levels
2.1 Introduction
SHEIN VIP consists of four levels: S1, S2, S3 (available for members who have made purchases), and S0 (available for registered members).
2.2 Changes
Each level is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification for SHEIN VIP membership (excluding S1); thereafter, identity verification is required each month. Data refresh typically takes 24 hours. Please check your level after 24 hours.
Once you reach the S1 level, you will obtain lifetime membership status. Please note that your membership level is determined based on the number of eligible purchases or the eligible spending amount within the past 12 months (i.e., 45 days before the monthly refresh date).

3. About Rewards
3.1 Introduction
In addition to entitling you to rewards, membership in this Program also offers various benefits ("Offers"). Details of these Offers are published on the Program website from time to time.

3.2 Others
The Program website is valid during your membership period, unless otherwise specified on the Program website.
Please note that rewards from SHEIN VIP cannot be used to purchase gift cards or be applied to past purchases.
Coupons are only valid on your registered site.
4. More Details
4.1 Approval
By joining our membership program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, change, restrict, or modify the rules, rewards, membership, or any other features of SHEIN VIP, and may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time at its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice on the website or via email. You can refer to the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use your SHEIN membership after changes to the terms of these rules, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily cease enjoying the membership rewards stipulated in the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.
4.2 Suspension or Removal
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account on the website or by contacting SHEIN customer service. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
Please note that terminating your membership means you will only be able to shop and check out on shein.com as a guest, and any remaining unused points and outstanding rewards in that account will be forfeited.
4.3 Scope of Liability
If the Program cannot operate as planned for any reason (including fraud or attempted fraud), SHEIN may modify the terms of the Program (including "Rewards" and "Levels"), suspend, or terminate the Program. Loss of purchases and all rewards and privileges associated with the Program will be canceled. Any abuse of the Program, failure to comply with the Program's provisions, any misrepresentation, or any act detrimental to SHEIN's interests, fraud, or attempted fraud may result in the revocation of membership and may affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.
4.4 Communications
If the terms and rewards are modified, suspended, or terminated, SHEIN will, with your permission, notify you of the relevant information through mail, email, and other channels, and display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will result in not receiving our updates in a timely manner, and in the case of modification or suspension of the Program, you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails, such as Program changes or information regarding your SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate SHEIN VIP membership at any time, which may involve changes to level status and rewards. Finally, SHEIN holds the right of final interpretation.
