Your Rights
Your privacy and security are very important to us. On this page, you will find a detailed description of your rights under applicable data protection laws, as well as information on how to exercise these rights.
Right of Access
If you would like to access the information we have collected about you, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format. You can submit your access request by going to your personal account settings.
To ensure the security of your data, we will send a verification code to the email address associated with your SHEIN account. Once you receive the code, you will be able to download your data from your account settings.
Right to Rectification
If you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, we can make these changes in the "My Profile" settings.
It allows you to modify basic account information, such as profile picture, size, or style preferences. In addition, you can add or edit your payment methods and saved addresses to simplify the checkout process.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request that we permanently delete your personal information from our records. Once your account deletion request is processed, your information will be irreversibly deleted (except for certain data we may retain to comply with legal obligations as set out in our Privacy Policy). This means you will not be able to log in again, and if you wish to shop at SHEIN in the future, you will need to create a new account.
You can exercise your right to erasure by submitting a request through our Request Center .
Please note that, in order to maintain the security of your data, you will need access to the email or phone used to register your SHEIN account.
Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from SHEIN, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you. You can also submit an unsubscribe request through our Request Center .
We respect your choice and will fulfill your request promptly.
Right to Opt-Out
We do not sell user information to third parties, which is generally easy to understand. However, under certain laws, providing certain identifiers to third parties may be considered a sale. When you visit our website, we may share certain individualized text, such as cookies and other tracking technologies, for analytics and to personalize your targeted advertising experience.
