Review: These woven baskets are thick and heavy duty and very good quality! I was pleasantly surprised! They are a but too small/too shallow for what I was hoping to use them for-cold proofing sourdough in the fridge with them. You could use them for smaller baguette type buns but not deep enough for full loaves. Otherwise good quality!
