1. By submitting your information and clicking "Apply Now", you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) the information you provide to us is true and accurate; (c) any designs or photos you upload are entirely your own creation and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. The information you submit will be considered at our sole discretion as to whether we discuss potential licensing arrangements with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee your full participation in the SHEIN X program; it is only the first step. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers accepted each season, that you are not a fit for the program this season.
3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X program, the designs or photos you submitted will be removed from our files.
