After entering the verification code received on your mobile phone, your order will be confirmed successfully. The verification code is valid for 30 minutes.

You can cancel the order on your own within 10 minutes to 6 hours after confirming the order. If the cancellation fails, it means the order is ready for shipment. You may try contacting customer service to cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders support two delivery methods: convenience store pickup and home delivery.

Orders are generally shipped via T-cat home delivery or Yuntong store delivery, and will be delivered to your home address or store address within approximately 5-10 business days (including 1-3 business days for order processing). For details, please refer to Shipping Info . Severe weather, holidays, or customs clearance may cause delivery delays. We will arrange processing as soon as possible. Home Delivery: The courier will deliver the package to your door and collect the payment. Please prepare cash in advance and keep your mobile phone available so the courier can contact you.

Convenience Store Pickup: After the courier delivers the package to your selected store, 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart will send you a pickup SMS. Please check for the SMS. You can pay by cash or bank card when picking up the package. Please pick up the package within 7 days of its arrival at the store, otherwise the package will be returned.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we do not currently offer exchange services. If you need an exchange, we recommend placing a new order directly and returning the original item. For more information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy .

We will arrange your refund within 7 business days after receiving your returned package. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be returned to your SHEIN Wallet and can be used together with discount codes, points, etc. on your next purchase. Once the funds are returned to your SHEIN Wallet, the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts or bank cards.
