If you choose to use a Paytm account for refund/withdrawal, you need to submit account information on the webpage and reconfirm the submitted account information.

If you choose to use a PayPal account for refund/withdrawal, you need to submit an email on the webpage.

To better ensure the security of your funds, if you use a suspicious account during the refund/withdrawal application process, we will suspend the refund/cash-out or inquire about your relevant information.

3. (Estimated Notification Time for Refund/Withdrawal)

If you choose to use a Yesbank account for refund/withdrawal, it is expected to be transferred to your account within 2-3 working days;

If you choose to use a Paytm account for refund/withdrawal, it is expected to be transferred to you within 3-7 working days;

If you choose to use a PayPal account for refund/withdrawal, it is expected to be transferred to you within 2-7 working days.
