Review: Wow this actually worked for us!! We've been suffering with gradually decreasing water pressure in our bathroom and shower for about a year, had plumbers out and no results. This shower head has given us back some boost and now showering is enjoyable again. It's not really a power shower and not a 380% increase buts it's more than enough to significantly improve pressure. I wouldn't recommend the hose attachment though - it's very brityle, fragile and flimsy, just stick with your existing one if you can.
