One-Click Payment Terms
The following terms and conditions ("One-Click Pay Terms") were last updated on April 20, 2023, and apply to the SHEIN One-Click Pay feature ("One-Click Pay"). By using the One-Click Pay feature on the website or app, you agree to be bound by these One-Click Pay Terms. If you do not agree with these One-Click Pay Terms, please do not use the One-Click Pay feature on the website or app. Your use of the One-Click Pay feature is also governed by our Terms of Use, which contain applicable legal provisions and definitions of certain words used in these One-Click Pay Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these One-Click Pay Terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
Arbitration Clause Notice: Your use of the One-Click Pay feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes that may arise, as set forth in the Terms of Use, which also means you waive your right to participate in any class action.
1. The One-Click Pay feature is only available for selected items ("Items") with specific Stock Keeping Units ("SKUs") sold by SHEIN on the website or app, and is not available for any items sold by third-party sellers.
2. When the One-Click Pay feature is available for an item on the website or app, it allows you to seamlessly add that item to your Original Order (defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method used for the Original Order.
3. The Original Order ("Original Order") is the most recent order you placed with us for which you have completed payment, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "One-Click Pay," you authorize us to automatically add the Item to the Original Order and charge the Item's price and applicable taxes using the same payment method you used for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported by the One-Click Pay feature are credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
6. You may use the One-Click Pay feature to add an Item to the Original Order and pay for that Item, with only one SKU at a time, and multiple units of each SKU may be purchased at one time. If you need to purchase items with different SKUs, you will need to complete the One-Click Pay purchase process separately for each item with a different SKU. A maximum of five (5) different SKUs may be purchased per Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature.
7. Any item added to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature can only be shipped to the same shipping address specified on the Original Order. To modify the shipping address, it must be modified on the Original Order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, any item added to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature will also be cancelled.
9. If the Original Order did not reach the dollar amount threshold for free shipping and you were charged shipping fees on the Original Order, you will not receive a shipping refund, even if the total of the item(s) you add to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature would bring the Original Order up to the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use any coupons to apply payment for any item you add to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature.
